On the Day of Your Appointment:
Wish Tattoo is a licensed tattoo studio and legally we cannot allow anyone under the age of 18 to be inside the studio under any circumstances.
A valid ID is required at the time of your service. If you do not have a physical valid ID, I cannot proceed with your appointment and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Space is limited inside the studio, so any friends/family will need to wait outside.
Masks are now optional, if you prefer your artist wears one during your appointment just let us know and we will gladly put one on before you arrive.
I kindly ask that you wait inside your car until I text you to come in for your appointment.
Please allow extra time to find parking. I am not responsible for any parking violation fees you may incur.
Parking is street parking only. I recommend parking on Villa Terr.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, and a new deposit will be required to book again. NO EXCEPTIONS
If you do not schedule your follow up appointment before you leave, there is no guarantee you will be seen within 6 to 12 weeks.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Final payment will be made on the day of your appointment.
Credit cards and cash are acceptable forms of payment.
I will NOT accept personal checks as payment.
Your final payment amount will be the total cost of your appointment, minus your deposit amount.
Cash and Venmo are preferred.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
The deposit ensures that you are serious about the appointment.
Cancelling your appointment at any time for any reason will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Touch ups must be done within 4 months from the first procedure or there will be an additional charge.
If you have had ANY previous microblading or tattooing done to your eyebrows and you schedule an appointment without getting permission from me first, your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.
I only allow you to reschedule an appointment one time before losing your deposit.
This policy also applies to touch ups, by rescheduling it more than once you are then forfeiting the complimentary session and you will be required to pay the touch up fee for a new appointment.
I require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule.
By not giving at least 48 hours notice you will forfeit your right to reschedule and/or receiving the complimentary touch up.
No Call/No Show:
If you no call no show your appointment or do not cancel your appointment within the 48 hour window, you will not be allowed to make any future appointments unless you pay 50% of the balance owed for the missed appointment.
One complimentary touch up is included in your initial appointment.
The touch up allows me to see how well you retained pigment and make any necessary adjustments. I recommend coming in for your touch up within 6 to 12 weeks from your first appointment.
If you fail to come in for your complimentary touch up within 4 months from your first appointment, you will be required to pay the touch up fee.
If you no call/no show your touch up appointment or cancel for any reason or reschedule without giving at least 48 hours notice, you will forfeit your right to the free touch up and you will have to pay the touch up fee in order to reschedule.

Healed results vary from person to person. Skin type, age, lifestyle, having any previous microblading/tattooing in the eyebrow, excessive bleeding during the procedure, and how you follow pre-care and aftercare will effect how you heal and retain pigment.
Some clients require more than 2 sessions to achieve their desired results and will be charged the touch up fee for any additional touch ups. (Please refer to Pricing for more info)
Annual Touch Ups:

I do not touch up other artists' work.
1 session is included in the cost of an annual touch up. If your brows are very faded, you may need an additional session.

*Clients of mine that go past 3 years from their last appointment will be considered a new client again.*
If you have had your eyebrows done by someone else and would like to be a client of mine, you will need to get approval from me before booking an appointment by emailing photos of your brows first. If I approve it, you will be considered a new client and charged the full price for 2 appointments.
Scheduling a touch up with me if you are not an existing client of mine will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
